Restore the Earth

Goal: 
Allow the Earth's natural systems to be able to once again cleanse themselves:
   The atmosphere, oceans, lakes, and rivers and land
                and
Allow the Earth to renew its natural resources

Process to Achieve Goal:
  Step 1:
Reducing Human Impact:
Temporarily change each country's average family size to a voluntary 1 child per family.   (1 child surving to adulthood per family)

How Long? After 80 years of voluntary 1 child per family, 
world population will gradually reduce from our current population .

  Step 2:
Then What?  A steady family size of about 2 children per family
will stabilize world population at about 1.2 billion people.

Human Impact is composed of:
     Population,  Consumption per Person, and Lifestyle.
This two step process will: Restore the Earth.

Explain:  A stable population of 1.2 billion people
         ... consume less  resources.
And:  A stable population of 1.2 billion people
... allow the space and resources for plants and wildlife
to flourish, again.
And:  A stable population of 1.2 billion people
 ...  allows all people to have a better quality of life.
